The Baxley Bondi

I recently stayed here at Baxley Bondi. I checked in late with clear instructions emailed to me on the day. I was welcomed to a well light area late at night and greeted by a lovely clean room. The receptionist was very lovely and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. The room was very small, but it was not a concern. It was comfortable and adequate to sleep in for one. It had a wash basin, kettle and drinkable tap water. The accommodation is located near Bondi and the City easily accessible by a quick bus trip. There are lots of Cafe’s and good Coffee along Bondi Rd. Some feedback would be - At times the guests and neighbours could be a little loud when coming in and out of the accommodation. It would have been good if there were some spreads & butter provided for guests to go along with the toaster. Other than that, it was beautiful stay, I would highly recommend for anyone looking around Bondi. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Friendly & devoted staff. The hotel is fabulous and very cleaned. Shared bathroom are almost available, guests are respectful. Quiet place. Rooms are equipped with a tiny fridge, a TV and water boiler. The washbasin is the must. A little bit far from Abu si function station but it’s possible to catch the bus on Bondi Rd. Great value hotel !

5/5 The Baxley Bondi was such a beautiful experience. The location was amazing so close to everything not far from the beaches and public transport. The service was wonderful. Molly and Victoria was so nice and welcoming. The hotel itself was so beautiful and just perfect to feel cosy and relaxed. Definitely I would recommend it to a friend and would return again when coming back to Sydney.

The whole point of staying at a hotel is sleeping. This is not possible in this place. It has no insulation, so you hear EVERYTHING from everyone. @GovernmentofNewSouthWales, how did you grant them a licence??? I wonder if they bought all those good reviews. It used to be student accommodation, now it charges you 200 $ for NOTHING, because sleep is impossible. It is a complete rip-off, beware! Also - do not expect any service, it is just meant to rip you off. Please spare me a reply about how you are sorry about other guest being loud!!! This is a LIE - your guests are not loud, your hotel has ZERO insulation, the walls are paper thin and the doors bang extremely loudly. You know about it and do nothing, you just keep on ripping off innocent customers. Shame on you!
